As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Customized items
Exceptions apply only in cases of:

3. Return Address Policy

Unauthorized returns sent to the wrong address may be lost or rejected.

If you need to return an approved item, we’ll provide the correct return instructions.

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may require additional reshipping fees.
